Jeon joined NEA in 2021 as an investor on the technology team focused on early to growth-stage investments across consumer and enterprise technology. Prior to joining NEA, Jeon was an investment banker at PJT Partners in New York where he worked on a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions across TMT, Healthcare, Industrials, and Real Estate industry verticals with a diverse set of clients headquartered in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to PJT, he spent time at The Boston Consulting Group and SoftBank Ventures Asia.

Jeon graduated from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences. While at Penn, he studied abroad at Tsinghua University in Beijing, took leave of absence to serve in the Republic of Korea Army, where he specialized in Army Aviation operations, and co-founded a social calendar platform, Timepie Calendar. Jeon was educated in South Korea and the United States.
