You’re focused on enterprise technology. What excites you about this space?

I’ve always been fascinated by the complex systems that exist within large organizations, and I’m passionate about finding innovative solutions that can help these organizations transform operations, accelerate growth, and drive competitive advantage. It’s fun to explore new user-centric tools and software that can help make these large, complex organizations more nimble, efficient, and productive.

How do you think about the potential impact of these technologies?

I’m motivated by the opportunity to drive a positive impact on people’s lives and communities through technology, while still prioritizing meaningful human relationships and connections. My goal is to support entrepreneurs and founders who are developing innovations that can empower individuals and bring people together in new ways.

What inspires you to stay curious?

What keeps me curious is meeting and chatting with people who have different views on life. I enjoy thought-provoking conversations and hearing from different perspectives. Connecting with people from diverse backgrounds provides invaluable learning opportunities and feeds my intellectual curiosity.

How would you describe the team at NEA?

I believe we share a willingness to take calculated risks and pursue bold ideas with the potential for outsized impact. We’re committed to intellectual rigor and considering every angle—we push each other to explore diverse perspectives. We value humility and approachability in an effort to make ourselves available to limited partners and founders in whatever ways they need us.

What keeps you grounded?

I’m a big fan of taking quiet, reflective walks alone. Being outside and connecting with nature is always humbling. It calms my mind and provides perspective. Spending time with family and friends also helps.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I love to journal, run, and DJ. Techno, house, and trance music are some of my favorites.

My goal is to support entrepreneurs and founders who are developing innovations that can empower individuals and bring people together in new ways.
