Andrew Ahn

Andrew joined NEA in 2026 as a Senior Associate on the Limited Partner Relations team. He is responsible for supporting NEA's global fundraising efforts across capital formation, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining NEA, Andrew was an Associate at TPG on their Client and Capital Formation team, focused on product management and fundraising for the firm's Climate and Healthcare strategies. Andrew also spent two years at Greenhill & Co on the Private Capital Advisory team, supporting global mandates across fundraising, co-investments, and secondaries opportunities. Andrew holds a BS and Senior Thesis in Economics from Bucknell University.
