President Barack Obama visited NEA portfolio company OPOWER to speak about the importance of clean energy technology in creating jobs and promoting the nation’s economic growth. OPOWER, an energy and smart grid software company based in Arlington, Va., has more than doubled its workforce in the last year and aims to hire another 100 employees in 2010.
