Advancing Entrepreneurship

NEA is a strong supporter of the Kaufman Fellows program which trains future venture investors and leaders of great companies. We have mentored five fellows since the founding of the program in 1995.

Kauffman Fellows gain firsthand experience in the venture capital process through experiential "hands on" learning under the guidance of seasoned industry mentors at NEA. The 24-month fellowship is rigorous yet flexible enough to allow the fellow to combine theory and best practice of venture creation.

For more about the Kauffman Fellows Program and the online application, go to www.kauffmanfellows.org.
